Sassafras is a small farming community near Latrobe in the North west of Tasmania, to me it epitomises the diversity of this region, driving around the roads there at this time of year when the crops are rip for Harvest and the you could be anywhere in Australia or the world for that matter.
With in a few kilometers drive the scenery changes again to; beaches or forests or Mountains.
