Visualise the future, Focus on the present and Reflect on the past
This is my philosophy as a photographer:
To visualise, plan and make choices about the photographs I take.
To focus on what's in front of me and the opportunities that come my way.
To reflect on the photographs I have taken, to constantly improve and develop my photographic work.

To focus on what's in front of me and the opportunities that come my way.
To reflect on the photographs I have taken, to constantly improve and develop my photographic work.
About Me

I've been taking photos for more than 15 years including studying Visual Arts and Photography while raising my family in remote parts of Australia and the West Coast of New Zealand.
My family: my husband and two sons have recently moved to Tasmania for a change of lifestyle.
In 2010 I started the year with the aim of consolidating my knowledge and experience by Studying Photoimaging at Polytechnic Tasmania In Devonport.
I aimed to build a strong portfolio to show my skill and flexibility as a photographer.
Having the opportunity to study photography again gave me a new enthusiasm for capturing important moments in peoples lives, and refocused my interest in visual communication.
Half way through 2010 all the elements I've been working on in photography and communication paid off, I'm starting work as cadet photographer at the local newspaper- The Advocate .
