I had the great pleasure to photograph this brand new family at the weekend, congratulations to Darren and Melinda on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl Kelsey.
While the weather eventually turned on a stunning summer, My summer break never really happened. I'm grateful for the for the job I had over the summer and the chance to pay a few bills with ease,but I missed having a real break.
Now I'm heading back to university a week early for a five day geology excursion, a pre-requisite for 2nd year geology studies.
I have a few photography jobs in pipeline for the next month so I'll be posting here again soon, but photography will once again be secondary to my studies.
So after thinking about it for many years I bought a set of neutral density filters, and last night I had my first experiment with them at Mersey Bluff. On the down side I didn't have a tripod so I couldn't do and long exposures, but I had some fun and some frustration.
