As the result of some feedback last year - that my current website lacks context in relation to my emerging arts practice - I've started the process of developing an artist portfolio web space, the aim is for it to give context to my arts practice, my development so far and a bit of a sense of where I'm going ( which would be easier if I knew where I wanted to go). It's live, but hard to find without a direct link - Kelly Slater - kslater or other variations of my name are already taking up a lot of space on the internet - http://www.kslater.com.au/ Useful feedback would be appreciated: spelling errors and gramma errors, links that aren't working or don't go where you'd expect and anything that doesn't make sense or you think is just wrong - let me know via the contact form on the ABOUT page. Thanks Here's a few things you'll find on the site.

Summer is rolling on, the crops a getting ready for harvest and annual Taste the Harvest festival was held at the weekend, this is an event that has been permanently in my calendar for the last several years now. It's always good to see the community out celebrating and supporting local producers and entertainers. This year the local's got a bit of a federal boost with the attendance of the current Prime Minister.
