A special one off menu was created for the Devonport Food & Wine Festival's, Ambassador's dinner by visiting chef Colin Fessnidge, from local Tassie produce.
Local Tasmanian business Petuna Seafood has opened their factory to visitors for the Devonport food and wine festival, the company's story is quite inspiring and the recently refurbished shop is very inviting.
