After a pretty slow week with the camera I took a short walk around the Anglican Church at East Devonport. I felt quite peaceful on it's green despite being so close to the busy industrial port of the Mersey River.

Over the last few months I've experimented with different styles of Double/multiple Exposure images, I've tried using the in camera function available on my Pentax digital SLR, which produces a one off image similar to film type double exposures. I've also played with photoshop to mimic a similar style and to create more complicated layer images.
You may walk along the same stretch of beach many times and feel it is the same every time. But if you stop and look closely it is different from moment to moment. Each wave formed every pattern made is unique.
Local business Seven Sheds Brewery, Meadery and Hop Garden held their annual Oktoberfest last weekend, a lovely relaxed event for a very diverse crowd.
I woke up in the middle of the night for some animal care and decided to do a little night sky photography- it was so warm outside it was unbelievable.
