Goats

This week we introduced a brother and sister pair of goats to our block of land, we had high hopes that the goats and the dogs would be able to cohabitate on the back part of the block until we could fence the front section properly - Well Evie the ever dramatic GSP ruined that plan.
So over the last couple of days we've had some family bonding time building a fence through the back yard to give the goats and dogs separate space and hopefully the chance to get to know each other.


Both goats and dogs are very curious of each other, Kelly - the 17 year old kelpie is feels the need to herd the goats into the shed, while Evie is not entirely sure what they are or what to do with them - watching them closely and pointing them is high on the agenda.
